In 2018, SAF members raised over US$2000 to support a patient with end stage kidney disease on a waitlist for kidney transplant in Ghana with dialysis expenses.

Each year, the foundation donates medical equipment's such as stethoscopes, blood pressure machines and other medical equipment to the Anum clinic and other local clinics in the Eastern Ghanaian Region.

The foundation donated an ambulance to the Anum Community and the Salvation Army clinic in 2010.
