We support and promote leadership development within local Ghanaian communities. The outreach team equips leaders with the clinical skills and health education necessary to improve the health of their communities and to challenge the status quo. We organize yearly workshops during our outreach programs, with a focus on providing clinical staff in Ghanaian hospitals and clinics with the knowledge, support system and practical wisdom to unlock their full potential and drive social change.
