Ghana Medical Outreach – 2019
Dear Partners,

We are once again planning our annual outreach mission aimed at providing free medical and surgical services to the disadvantaged and needy in Ghana, West Africa. This year (2018), we provided basic medical care to over four hundred (400) patients, including over fifty urgent surgeries to those most in need. However, with our patient population expected to double by the summer of 2019, we are facing an increase in financial demands as we try to provide the necessary medical supplies and personnel to meet these growing needs.

In order to continue meeting the needs of our growing patient population, we are hoping to extend our outreach program to three regional locations in Ghana, West Africa. With this fundraising campaign, we aim to raise about One Hundred and Forty-Three Thousand Dollars (US$143,000.00) to enable us to complete one hundred surgeries (such as hysterectomies, appendectomies, hernias and thyroidectomies), impact the lives of 400 general medical patients, and continue to provide our leadership and academic outreach initiatives.

All funds raised will go toward surgical supplies and equipment, medication, as well as the logistics of staff and accommodation expenses. If you are interested in donating, please click here.
